Our Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't right for you.
If you wish to return your order, please complete the below returns form within 28 days of the date that your order was placed on, this will get the process started and make us aware that you wish to make a return. Once we receive your return request, a member of our team will be in touch to supply a return address. Please be aware that the cost of return postage is the customers responsibility.
Once we have been in touch, please repack your unused product(s) with care, using all of the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Returning an order is your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the item(s). We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us or arrives damaged.
Once we have received your return, we will email you to let you know that we’ve got it and the refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and show on your bank statement.

Refund Terms & Conditions
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you have received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item.
Once the returned item(s) reaches us, we will refund the original debit, credit or charge card used for the purchase.
We do not refund any delivery charges, only the amount paid for the product(s) being returned.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
