UK Mainland Deliveries - Standard Service
All of our standard UK orders are delivered by either the Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes. For mainland UK deliveries (England, Scotland & Wales) please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive (please note, this delivery time scale is for in-stock products only and not pre-order). We aim to process orders within 1 working days, although at busy times this may take slightly longer. You will receive an automated email following your order being dispatched, this email will include a summary of your order and a tracking number. If for any reason your order hasn't arrived in this time, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Standard UK Delivery is charged at £4.50 for all orders under £50. We offer FREE standard delivery on all mainland UK orders over £50.00. Free delivery is automatically selected at checkout, no code is required.
UK Mainland Deliveries - Express Service
*Please note, Express delivery is currently unavailable*
If you need your order to be delivered a little quicker, we offer an express delivery service with a set cost of £7.00. Express delivery in most cases is next day if ordered before 12pm. If an order is placed after 12pm, it will take 2 working days to deliver. Express delivery is provided by either Hermes or DPD and is available to England, Scotland and Wales.
Please note, we do not offer next day delivery on rugs and mirrors.
UK Mainland Deliveries - Gift Vouchers
Printed gift vouchers are exempt from free UK delivery. Gift Vouchers are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class and delivered within 1-2 working days. We do our very best to dispatch gift vouchers on the same day so they should arrive promptly. A small delivery charge of £1.00 is applied to all Gift Voucher orders.
Northern Ireland Delivery
Due to Brexit and increasing delivery costs, we sadly can no longer offer free delivery to Northern Ireland. A delivery cost is now charged on all orders being dispatched to Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland deliveries are dispatched with either the Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD and can take up to 5-7 working days to be delivered. Standard delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £6 and express delivery that takes 1-3 working days is charged at £9.
Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man Delivery
We deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Non mainland UK deliveries are dispatched with the Royal Mail and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered. We use a sliding scale by weight ranging from £4 up to a maximum of £8.50 for non mainland UK delivery. Delivery charges will be worked out once you reach checkout.

We use a sliding scale by weight delivery cost starting from £18.99. Delivery charges will be calculated based on what products are in your shopping cart once you reach checkout.
Non-UK Delivery Custom & Duty Information
For some European, North American, Australasian, Asian and rest of the world deliveries, you may also be charged Customs and Duty depending on the country you reside in. The courier will contact you directly regarding these charges. Any Customs & Duty charges are solely the responsibility of the customer and not Coates & Warner. We are unable to predict the customs or duty charges as these are set locally by the destination country.
Please note, if custom duties are failed to be paid by a customer, the courier is likely to return the parcel back to us in the United Kingdom. Should this occur, any return import duties charged to Coates & Warner and/or delivery costs will be deducted from the refund value offered.
Mirrors
Please note, our mirrors are dispatched directly from a third party supplier. All mirrors are sent via DPD and you'll be contacted directly from the supplier. All mirrors are currently running up to a 7 day dispatch time due to unprecedented demand.
