Our Story
Our story began in 2018 when Lizzie and Andy, a husband and wife team, left behind their city life in search for a slower pace of life in rural North Yorkshire. Their love for natural materials, sustainable design and simple functionality, lead the pair to create a homeware collection that reflected the beauty and simplicity of the surrounding countryside.
At Coates & Warner we embrace simplicity, slow-living, sustainable practice and connection with the aim to curate an interior collection that brings pleasure to the everyday. Each item has been carefully chosen. We stand by our philosophy to source our products ethically and sustainably. Each product has a story to tell.

We're not your average homeware business. We don't have a bricks and mortar store, this means we don't have high overheads and solely sell our products online, so you can shop from the comfort of your home. This means we can offer reasonable prices and a fair mark up on our products. We don't add huge mark ups to our products, meaning we can offer quality products at reasonable prices.
