We hope you are happy with your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes things just aren't right.
If you wish to return your order, please complete the below form within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once we receive your return request, a member of our team will be in touch to supply a return address. Please be aware that the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly despatched item.
Please repack your unused product(s) with care, using all of the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Returning an order is your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, or arrives damaged.
Once we have received your return, we will email you to let you know that we’ve received it and the refund has been processed. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed and show in your account.
Please note, we currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on our website.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched item.
Once the returned item(s) reaches us, we will refund the original debit, credit or charge card used for the purchase.
We do not refund any delivery charges, only the amount paid for the product(s) being returned.
- All products marked as a 'second' are sold as imperfect products and are non-returnable.
- If a product is returned to us in an incomplete state then we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund value to cover this loss. For example, if a door knocker is returned without the matching screws.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
