If you wish to return your order, please complete the below form within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once we receive your return request, a member of our team will be in touch to organise the return of your order.
To simplify the returns process for you, we can offer a reduced postage service through our courier partners. When returning an order, you have two return postage option, the first being to request a pre-paid returns label that will be emailed to you to attach to your return parcel. The cost of this pre-paid returns label is then deducted from your refund. Please note, you will require a printer and be required to drop your return parcel off at a local drop off point.
The second option, is for you to organise your own return postage. If you wish to organise your own return postage, please note that the item remains your property until it reaches us and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, or arrives damaged.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched item. Should you wish, we can provide a return label for which the cost will be deducted from your refund. Once the returned item(s) reaches us, we will refund the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to reach your bank account once we've notified you that we've processed a refund.
We do not refund any delivery charges, only the amount paid for the item(s) being returned. All products marked as a 'second' are sold as imperfect products and are non-returnable. Subject to the products being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you in, a full refund will be provided.
